When I was growing up I loved basketball. And believe it or not, I was pretty good at it. However, I sucked at free throws. I would get fouled a lot but I shot a horrible 52% from the free throw line... I literally could have been our teams top scorer if I could made even 20% more free throws… so I practiced… and I practiced hard.

I never saw that coach again… however, he discovered my free throw 'Blind Spot' and the source of my frustration… and literally within 2 weeks of practice I was one of the best free throw shooters on our entire team.

But if that coach didn’t tell me what I didn’t know… I likely would have stayed frustrated forever.
