#98 How to Be More Resilient in Practice
Have you had enough?
- The staff is annoying you and their workload is falling on your plate.
- Patients just don't "get it" and you're beyond irritated with them.
- Your partner or spouse doesn't understand your situation and why you're so stressed.
- The bank won't give you the extra credit to make that practice change you know will make all the difference.
The endless list goes on and on... and guess what?
It always will.
That's the nature of being a business owner and entrepreneur. It comes with the job.
You may be wondering if you're cut out for leading a chiropractic practice and and rightfully so... it's an important question to answer!
On the flip side, once you've answered it and you're ready to move forward, the solution to your challenge doesn't come in reducing the amount of "stuff" you'll need to deal with (that never changes, it just becomes different stuff) it comes from handling that "stuff" better and easier.
On today's episode of Life By Design For Chiropractors I talk about exactly that... How to Be More Resilient in Practice.
What I Covered
- How being more resilient directly makes you more profitable.
- An extended and unbroken rant on the state of chiropractors today... much of which comes down to this lack of resiliency in practice.
- The blueprint to start developing your adaptability and capacity to handle the challenges of running a practice.
- How to overcome your hesitation towards adequate self-care by leveraging the power of your own integrity.
